You will feel very comfortable in Cyprus as everything is done to ensure that tourists adjust easily there are special red numbers on the rented cars so they are visible from long distance. Please do not forget to fasten seat belts.

    Cyprus motorways are different from European ones because of small distances. But roads are built very well especially in mountains where there are reflectors which help to control traffic. All traffic signs are written in two languages - Greek and English. On motorways speed restriction is of 100 km/h, on other roads - 60 km/h.

    The majority of petrol stations are equipped with refuelling automatic devices which sell gasoline for monetary denominations and are open round the clock. On Sundays and holidays petrol stations in a countryside can be closed.
There is dense parking in many cities with counters paid hourly. On double yellow lines parking is forbidden. At present you can stop on single yellow line to let passengers in or out .

    It is better to book your holiday car in advance as it will be cheaper first of all and guarantee availability of the chosen car. Driver who is younger than 25 should hold driving licence for at least three years and driver older than 25 should hold driving licence for not less than a year.

    Petrol is payable by the client and cost is not refunded. Road penalties are paid by the driver.

    Car delivery and return service: 10.00 Cyprus pounds and free-of-charge across all Cyprus if renting for the term of more than 14 days.

    Insurance: does not cover damage of front glass and windows, oil tank, tire covers and a cowl for jeeps. Surcharge for insurance is 0,60 Cyprus pounds per day. All vehicles are insured for the benefit of other person. For fully comprehensive insurance surcharge is 5 pounds per day for manual cars, automatic-cars and diesel engines - 6 pounds per day.

    Cost of rent includes: the insurance for the benefit of other person, unlimited driving distance, seat belts, an audio system , maps of Cyprus (on request), child seat (on request), checkups; delivery and return across Limassol free-of-charge.
